SUMMARY:Magpie Puppet Club - Alberta Culture Days Performance
DESCRIPTION:Magpie Puppet Club first began in September 2017. The puppet shows are performed in English. At present\, we have seven volunteers. Puppeteers have been very devoted in practicing and performing at various community events such as: Mid-autumn Festival\, Chinese New Year\, Alberta Culture Days\, Anti-racism Conversions (May)and recently at a children summer camp. We usually perform cultural and social justice stories. \n\nWe will perform at Edmonton Chinatown Multicultural Centre at 9540 – 102 Avenue\, Edmonton on September 18. It is part of the Alberta Culture Days 2022 event.
