大山 Dashan Live at UAlberta

On June 6, 2018, Dashan (aka Mark Rowswell) will be in Edmonton to receive a Honorary Doctorate of Letters –the highest honour conferred by the University of Alberta.

While in Edmonton, Dashan has generously offered to perform 大山侃大山 Dashan Live for the enjoyment of students and the local Mandarin-speaking community.  Net proceeds of this performance will go to offset the travel and expenses of eligible students partaking in the Faculty of Arts East Asian Studies’ Summer in Harbin program, a four-week intensive Mandarin language training program in Harbin, China.
