Kurimoto Japanese Garden Spring Festival

Don’t miss this celebration of Japanese culture in a very special spring setting. Martial arts demonstrations, art displays and demos, music performances, children’s games and crafts, authentic Japanese Tea Ceremonies, Japanese food sampling, the Kita no Taiko drummers and more.

In the event of rain, some outdoor performances and demonstrations may be cancelled or delayed.
Tea Ceremonies, Ikebana, Embroidery and Chigiri-e Shows take place indoors.

Most festival activities are free with general admission to the Garden.
There is a nominal charge for some craft activities. Food and beverage are not included.
Extra charge for tea ceremony tickets, payable to Matsukaze Chonoyu Association – advance purchase recommended.
Garden Season Pass Holders and Friends of the Garden get free admission to this event.
