A fun-filled event in celebration of the 1st Filipino Heritage Month in Edmonton, presented by the Multicultural Health Brokers Cooperative, Philippine Arts Council and Seconds, Please!

Join us to celebrate Filipino culture with food, music and great conversation.

On the agenda:
– Seconds, Please! will premiere its second episode, featuring Kat & Pol from Edmonton’s Filipino community.
– The Filipino Canadian Saranay Rondalla group will be providing music from its upcoming musical.
– The Kabisig Society Filipino Language Program will recite poems coming from the Filipino Language program.
– Josephine Pallard, Founder of the Filipino Canadian Saranay Association of Alberta, and Dr. Mila Bongco Philipzig will join a panel interview, moderated by Ida Beltran-Lucila, Philippine Arts Council founder, to discuss culture and immigration.

Food, music and presentations will also be showcased.
