Princess Mononoke follows the journey of Ashitaka as he sets out to find a cure for the curse placed on him while saving his village. During his quest, he attempts to make peace between a human settlement and the creatures and Animal Gods of the forest that surrounds it. Here Ashitaka encounters a girl named San, a member of a wolf pack that might hold the key to ending the war.
