This is a fundraising event for ASSIST Community Services Centre, a non-profit organization which provides programs and services to immigrants, families, children, youth and seniors to enhance integration and contribution to society. Proceeds from the Walk & Run will go towards subsidizing operations and programming.
Chinatown gathering together community youth to brainstorm and discuss ideas to engage youths in making Chinatown more vibrant, improve public spaces, and how to bring the younger generations to Chinatown as a destination of choice.
