Since 1990, ECBEA Scholarships have been awarded to Edmonton’s Chinese (Mandarin) Bilingual Program students to celebrate their leadership, academic excellence, community spirit, volunteerism, performance arts and environmental awareness.

Nearly 2000 students, in the Chinese Bilingual Program, study Mandarin during regular public school hours in 6 elementary, 4 junior high and 3 senior high schools.

The Edmonton Chinese Bilingual Education Association (ECBEA) cordially invites you to attend our 8th Annual Awards & Scholarship Celebration at City Hall. Your presence will add that extra dimension to our proceedings as we honour the recipients from diverse backgrounds in learning Chinese.
