CBC Edmonton AM will broadcast live from Meyonohk Elementary School, the first and largest Chinese (Mandarin) Bilingual on the south-side (since 1983) on Chinese New Year, Thursday, February 19. The show will broadcast live from 5:30 am to 8:30 am. ECBEA President Stephen Tsang will be interviewed about the popularity of the program as well as the demand for Chinese bilingual education. The public is invited to stop by and watch the show. Meyonohk Elementary School is located at 1850 Lakewood Road South.
